The pancakes are light, fluffy and flavorful. Get them with pecans or fresh fruit. Yum. And they are as big as the plate. Omelets are wonderful. Lunchtime is always a great treat. Everything on the menu is very tasty. And lastly dinner on Friday and Saturday nights is exceptional. Grilled shrimp to low and slow roasted prime rib and everything in between are truly worth a visit and a return over and over again.

Potential. Definitely need more staff. An hour wait and still didn't get what we ordered. Food was okay, nothing to get excited about. Newly opened hope they get it together. This was what they call 3 pancakes and two eggs.

Food is awesome and in such HUGE portions. You definitely get more than you pay for. Staff is awesome and they are extremely attentive. Couldnt let my glass get empty before they took care of it. Highly recommend this place!!

Breakfast good. Dinner not very good. Salad wasn't cold. Nothing worse then warm lettuce and tomatoes. I also saw that they are now closed on Sun. That's all we needed in Blairsville is another good breakfast restaurant closed on Sun. Not !

Service was good. Get back to the wonderful restaurant we all grew to love. Called the Griddle. Food has gone down hill from the Griddle. My salad was not chilled amd came warm. I couldn't even eat it. Take time before its to late and get back to Griddle standards.
